Easter Bank Holiday(s) Closure

We are closed for the Easter bank holiday on Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April. Any orders placed during this period will be shipped starting on the 7th of August 2025 as per the delivery option chosen at checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience caused & hope you enjoy your bank holiday break!

Delivery to Ireland

Please see the below delivery options available for Ireland. The cost & availability of these options are subject to multiple factors, including but not limited to: demand, stock availability, courier availability/congestion & adverse weather.

Express Delivery

Order before 4pm Monday-Friday or 12pm Saturday for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday but before 12pm Saturday will be dispatched Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

Delivery to the ROI is €9.99 on all orders. We offer free express delivery for orders over €50, all customs and import charges included.

Our express delivery service is available on stocked items. Through this service, we aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 working days.

Standard Delivery

Delivery to the ROI is €9.99 on all orders. We offer free standard delivery for orders over €50, all customs and import charges included.

Standard delivery is available on our made-to-order and personalised items and will usually be delivered within 4-7 working days. In some instances, personalised orders may need an additional day to despatch but we would always contact you in this instance.

Please note: If your order consists of both stock and made-to-order items your delivery option will revert to our standard delivery options.

Import & Custom Charges

The one-time fee covers all your import customs charges and taxes (as applicable to your country) ensuring your item is delivered to your door with No Extra or Hidden Charges.

Windsor Framework and B2B NI Orders

Following the introduction of the Windsor Framework Agreement, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to business addresses within Northern Ireland at this time. Any orders placed will be subsequently cancelled and refunded. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this..

Bank Holidays & Other Delivery Information

Bank Holidays

rucomfy is closed on UK Bank Holidays. Any orders taken before, on or after a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day and will be delivered as per the delivery option chosen at checkout.

Multiple Parcels

Due to courier restrictions some of our larger bean bags will be sent in multiple parcels and may be delivered on different deliveries. However, it is quick and easy to fill your bean bag cover up, just follow the instructions on your packing slip!

Pre-order Information

What exactly is a pre-order?

Products marked with the "pre-order" label in the top left corner of the image, allow you to reserve a product prior to its scheduled release date. This ensures your order is prioritised and makes sure you won't miss out!

When will I be charged for my pre-order?

Your method of payment will be charged when you place your order for the item, you will then receive an order confirmation. A follow-up email will be sent when the product is dispatched, including tracking details.

Can I return my pre-order?

When your product is delivered it is treated as a normal return process. Please see our returns policies here.

What happens if the price changes during the pre-order time?

There should not be a price fluctuation in products during the pre-order period, however, if this is something that should affect your order you are eligible for a difference refund. You will need your proof of purchase and payment receipt.

When will I receive my pre-order?

When purchasing a pre-order item, there is a text indicator just above the add to basket button which contains the message "Pre-order - Delivery from Week Commencing X", dispatch of your item is scheduled to commence on that date.

What happens if the delivery date changes?

There is a possibility of the delivery date changing due to unprecedented circumstances. You will be notified about any potential changes. rucomfy reserves the right to change the delivery date of a pre-order item.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel your pre-order any time before the day of dispatch. To cancel your order, please contact us and include your order details.

Can I change my delivery address during the pre-order stage?

We are unable to change your delivery address during the pre-order stage as we are aware of fraudulent activity with orders. We take preventative measures which ensure fraud is not committed on our website..
